Stepping out for some shopping, Elisabetta Canalis was spotted with her brother Luigi in Milan, Italy today (June 22).
The Italian television personality looked a bit sad as she held her bro?s hand and picked up a few items.
Elisabetta just split up with her longtime boyfriend George Clooney, and it seems she?s not taking it very well.
Her publicist told press, "It is a very personal and sad matter, and Elisabetta wants it to remain that way. She will be taking some time ... and then will face the press. She has not authorized me to say when the split happened."
